That Bylaw No. 18/18, being a Bylaw of the City of Brooks in the Province of Alberta to amend Schedule 3: General Standards, Section 10.7 Public Notice of Bylaw No. 14/12, being the Land Use Bylaw.
The proposed change to the Land Use Bylaw allows for Development Permits for Permitted Uses be approved by the Development Officer and for all Discretionary Uses to be referred to the Municipal Planning Commission, as per Section 3 of the Administration portion of the Land Use Bylaw No. 14/12.
