2018 Potable Water, Wastewater, and Transportation Masterplans

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the provision of engineering services to investigate, evaluate, and prepare Infrastructure Master Plans for the City’s potable water system, waste water system, and transportation system for the City of Brooks.

The information supplied in response to this RFP must contain sufficient details to support the services being proposed.

This document is not intended to limit a Consultant’s submission, but rather to provide a common framework for the City to asses each proposal in a fair and professional manner. Consultants are encouraged to provide any unsolicited information or material not specifically covered in the sections of this RFP.

Over the past several years the City of Brooks have done several area structure plans, servicing studies, and small area specific infrastructure studies, all of which need to be added to the updated infrastructure master plans for the Potable Water, Wastewater, and Transportation infrastructures. The City is also directing its pathway in the creation of an in-depth Asset Management Plan, in which the updates to these infrastructure master plans will hold a pivotal role in its creation.

The City of Brooks will receive Proposals in a sealed package clearly marked “Potable Water, Wastewater, and Transportation Infrastructure Master Plans” and addressed and received at:
