Land Use Bylaw

On July 7, 2014 Council passed Bylaw 14/12, which is the new Land Use Bylaw for the City of Brooks. The Land Use Bylaw governs and regulates the use and development of all property within the City. This means that if you are a landowner, renter or prospective buyer, you may be affected by the bylaw.The documents below include the new Land Use Bylaw, the Land Use Bylaw Map book, which lays out in detail the zoning of each property, as well as a large format map, which shows the zoning for the City as a whole.
