This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the provision of engineering services to investigate, evaluate and prepare a Raw Water Irrigation Quality / Expansion Plan.

In 2019, the City of Brooks had a Raw Water Irrigation Infrastructure Master Plan completed. The master plan provided an inventory and assessment of the City of Brooks’ raw water irrigation system, while providing a frame work for maintaining and expanding the basic infrastructure required to support the growing community. However, the master plan did not look at the water supply quantity and quality, storage or alternative sources for supply.
